In recent years, the European Union has significantly modified its regulations concerning hazardous substances and has enacted several regulations aimed at ensuring a high level of protection of human health and the environment.
Regulations such as REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) and CLP (Classification, Labeling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures) represent an ambitious and advanced, but complex legislative framework that establishes a series of requirements which, in the case of COMETAL, given the exent and variety of its product catalogue, have required an unquestionable effort to ensure strict compliance.
COMETAL complies with all the obligations arising from this new and complex legislative framework and has cooperated on several occasions with its customers and suppliers, advising them with the aim of helping them to also comply with their respective obligations.
