APPLICATION
INOGEN® 75 is a standard inoculation alloy for cast iron with lamellar graphite as well as cast iron with nodular graphite. The inoculant has proven effective in the production of cast iron with vermicular graphite. The good nucleation effect of the elements calcium and aluminum ensures a good inoculation effect.

ADDITION RATE
Depending on the respective conditions, i.e. iron quality, inoculation behavior, etc., an addition rate of approx. 0.03 – 0.5% by weight.
SIZING
- 0,2 – 0,7 mm* (in-stream inoculation)
- 0,4 – 2 mm (ladle inoculation)
- 2 – 6 mm (ladle inoculation)
* In this grain size the Si content is somewhat below the value indicated above. Additional in stream sizes available on request.
PACKAGING
- 25 kg paper sacks on pallet
- 100 kg steel drum on pallet
- 1000 kg super sacks on pallet
The containers are covered with a protective film.
SHELF LIFE AND TRANSPORT
INOGEN® 75 can be stored indefinitely in its original packaging. The effects of hu- midity are to be avoided. Relevant hazardous substance regulations must be com- plied with. Our Shipment Handling department can provide further information. IN- OGEN® 75 is not a hazardous substance as defined by transport regulations.
